Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for products and services for any occasion. Throughout the year, we have special package promotions for great giving ideas. All CG Salon gift certificates are non-refundable.


Telephones
Should you need to make phone calls during your visit, client telephones are available at the salon.


Smoking
Every effort has been made to make CG Salon an enjoyable, clean environment. For this reason, smoking is not permitted.


Children
We do not have the facilities to watch children during their parent’s appointments. If you must bring your children, please keep them with you. Thank you for your understanding. This enables you and our other clients, who have also made provisions for childcare, to relax and enjoy their experience at CG Salon.


Guests
All of our clients expect to receive services in an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere. Please ask husbands, friends, family, or other guests to make themselves comfortable in our waiting area. We have soft drinks and bottled water available.


Cancellation
Should a cancellation be necessary, please call us a minimum of 24 hours in advance so that someone else may use this time. We will be glad to reschedule an appointment for you at your earliest convenience.


Staff
If you feel that you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, or if you would like a fresh point-of-view, please let us know. We are a team of professionals and are pleased to have clients work with all members of our staff. You, the client, are our most valued asset, so we want to make you happy.
